Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 15:20 and 15:55 UTC. Memos completed but took up to ninety seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 15:38 and latency returned to normal. No memos were lost.

Resolved
A change to the extraction step returned a generic error instead of the message explaining that a file contains no selectable text. Affected uploads for about three hours. The message is now specific again and there is a test for it.
