Roadmap
Five sections out of every deck and data room: plain-terms summary, market and comparables, key metrics table, ranked risks with severity and evidence, and founder questions in priority order.
Every quote displayed in the memo is verified against the source document, character for character. Anything the model produced that cannot be located is dropped before you see it.
The sharpest question sits at the top. Questions pull specific names and numbers from the deck, so they read as real follow-up items rather than generic prompts.
Decks and data rooms up to roughly 60,000 characters, about fifty pages, are read in one pass so the memo reasons across the deck and the exhibits together.
Long or self-contradicting documents escalate to a frontier model automatically. The routing table on the How the AI works page is generated from the live code.
Angel and Fund accounts can export any memo as a formatted PDF or Word file to drop into a deal doc or forward to a co-investor.
Financials in spreadsheet format, cap tables, and term sheets read alongside the deck so the memo can cross-check what the traction slide claims against what the P&L shows.
When the deck claims 104% net revenue retention, the memo will say whether that is strong, median, or weak for a B2B SaaS company at seed, drawn from a curated reference set.
Run a second memo on a company after the founder updates the deck and see what changed, so the investor does not have to read the whole thing again.
A fund plan where multiple partners can read the same memo, leave a note on a specific risk, and mark their own read status, without emailing the PDF around.
A structured output tuned to a fund's own diligence framework, so the memo sections match the internal template rather than the default five-section format.
When the memo surfaces a comparable, link to a public source for the funding round or acquisition so the investor can verify the number in one click.
A stage and sector-specific checklist of what to ask for beyond the deck: customer references for B2B, regulatory filings for fintech, patent landscape for deep tech.
The roadmap reflects what we hear from investors and what we know makes first-pass diligence harder than it needs to be. If something here should move up, or if something is missing entirely, tell us. Most of what ships started as a specific thing an investor needed and could not do.
Items tagged Angel and Fund are plan-gated. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
