Design
Product Designer
Design the memo view. It is one screen and it is the whole company.

- $155,000 to $185,000 plus 0.2% to 0.5% equity
An investor opens a memo with a deck in one tab and a founder waiting for a reply. They need to know the shape of the deal, the top risk and the first question to ask within ten seconds, without reading a legend.
That is a genuinely hard design problem: a summary, a numbers table, a risk hierarchy and a questions panel, on a laptop and on a phone, without turning it into a dashboard.
What you would own
- Own the memo view, the deals list and the flow from upload to memo.
- Design the reading path for the laptop first, because that is where memos get read.
- Keep the visual system honest: hairlines and space, one accent, no decoration that does not carry information.
- Sit in on customer calls. The person who watches an investor use this should be the person who designs it.
What we are looking for
- Five or more years designing software people use to make a decision, not to browse.
- A portfolio with at least one dense, information-heavy screen you are proud of.
- You build your own prototypes, in code or close to it.
- You have a view about typography and can defend it.
How hiring runs
A thirty minute call with a founder, then a paid work session on a real problem from our backlog, three to four hours, then conversations with two people you would work with. Four steps, usually inside two weeks, and we tell you where you stand at every one.
